Chicken Potato Radish Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Chicken 1LB
Potato ½LB
Radish ⅓ LB
Stir Fry Oil 6Tsp
Salt Little
Hot Chili 1Tsp
Or
Chili Oil 1Tsp
Procedure:
Cut both potato and radish into pieces and drop them into boiled water, drain out water when completely cooked.
Heat the wok for about 1 minute with stir fry oil, pour in chicken and either chili oil or hot chili if you prefer hot, stir fry quickly until chicken turn medium well, add potato and radish into chicken, then quickly stir fry again until all the chicken well done.
Pour into dish and serve.
